- Shipping Policy -

Here you will find information on shipping and transit. I strive to ship your orders on time. 

Please review the information below to understand the expected delivery times and other important shipping information.

It takes 1-2 business days for me to pack your order. Please keep in mind that your order will not ship out on days USPS are closed due to holidays. You will receive shipping notification via email.

US Orders:

Most US orders will arrive in 3-5 business days but there can be delays during holiday seasons or if there are any weather disruptions such as flooding, hurricane and snow.

Canada Orders:

Most standard Canada orders will arrive in 10 - 21 business days but there can be delays during holiday seasons or if there are any weather disruptions such as flooding, hurricane and snow.

Customs can delay the shipment.

I declare all items and cost on customs form as accurately as possible.

Customers are responsible for paying any custom fees/import taxes.

International Orders:

Most standard International orders will arrive in 11 - 25 business days but there can be delays during holiday seasons or if there are any weather disruptions such as flooding, hurricane and snow.

Customs can delay the shipment.

I declare all items and cost on customs form as accurately as possible.

Customers are responsible for paying any custom fees/import taxes.

VAT is not collected during checkout. If you would like to pay VAT ahead of time, please go to my Etsy shop instead where VAT and other tax can be collected and remitted.

USPS Shipping :

Letter Mail:​

​

Letter Mail is used to send orders that only include few sticker types and prints. This is an affordable shipping option but it does NOT come with tracking for both US and International orders.

First Class Mail​:

First Class Large Envelope is used for orders that are under 4oz or does not contain any items that can bend. This option comes with tracking for US and Canada orders. For all other international addresses, this only has limited tracking up to customs.​

First Class Package is used for orders that are over 4oz (but under 1lb for US and under 4lb for international) or contain items that can bend. This option comes with tracking for US, Canada, UK, Australia and most EU countries. However, please understand that there has been times where once USPS hands over the package to the destination country's post office, the package does not get scanned in especially during holiday seasons.

Priority Mail:

Priority Mail is used for orders over 1lb for US and any orders that has been upgraded by the customer.​

The Priority Mail takes 1 -3 business days for US and 6 - 10 business days for international orders. It comes with tracking for US, Canada, and most international countries. 

Returned Packages:

Packages returned to me for US orders will be re-shipped after I have contacted and have heard back from you.

For international orders, smaller orders can be re-shipped using standard shipping after I have contacted and have heard back from you. For large orders with more expensive shipping cost, I will have to cancel and refund your order. For the orders I have reached out, if I do not hear back from you after a week, your order will also be cancelled and refunded. 

Lost or damaged order:

US Orders:

If you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damaged item(s) and replacement for the damaged item(s) will be shipped. 

If your order shows as delivered but you do not see it, please make sure that it was not accidentally delivered to your neighbors or if anyone in your household picked it up for you.​ USPS also does pre-scan packages as delivered a day or two ahead during busy schedule so you may need to give it a couple of more days for the package to arrive.

If your think your order may have gotten lost during transit, I will ask to give it another week since it could simply just be delayed or there was sorting error at USPS that is causing a delay. If a week has passed and tracking is still not moving, then please contact me and we can discuss about replacement. 

International Orders:

If you received your order damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damaged item(s) and replacement for the damaged item(s) will be shipped. 

If your order shows as delivered but you do not see it, please make sure that it was not accidentally delivered to your neighbors or if anyone in your household picked it up for you.​ Your local delivery may also have 

pre-scanned you package as delivered a day or two ahead due to busy schedule so you may need to give it a couple of more days for the package to arrive.

If your think your order may be lost during transit, I will ask to give it another 2 weeks since it could simply just be delayed at customs, especially during busy months. Depending on the shipping method, tracking may have stopped after US Customs, making it seem like it was lost, but most orders have arrived safely once customs cleared.
