Shop Policies
Processing Time:
- It takes 1-2 business days for me to pack your order. You will receive shipping notification via email.
- For USPS First Class Letter, delivery can take 3-5 business days and it is not tracked.
- For USPS First Class Package, delivery can take 3-5 business days and it is tracked.
- For international orders, there is limited tracking and delivery time varies due to customs.
Lost or damaged item during transit:
- If you received your package and the items in it are damaged, please take photos and send them to me within 5 days of delivery.
- For lost items, a replacement is possible. However, if it shows that the item has been delivered, no replacement will be shipped.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Customer is responsible for all customs fee and import taxes that may apply.
- I am not responsible for any delay/hold caused by customs.
- This online store can not collect VAT. I recommend that you shop at my Etsy store instead, which can collect and remit VAT.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
- Items that can be returned include unused stickers, unused enamel pins, unopened washi tapes, unused notepads, and unused acrylic keychains.
- Items that CAN NOT be returned or exchanged include all apparel, jewelry, sale/clearance items, home good such as mugs, and any digital commissions.
- Any returned items must be in its original condition. Customer is responsible for any damage.
- Returns are only accepted if customer contacts me within 5 days of delivery, and the item is retuned within 14 days.
- Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed for shipment. For any custom orders or made to order items, cancellation is not accepted.
- I do not offer exchanges.

Privacy:
- Any information you provide with this store is used only to fulfill your order and will not be shared.
- If you subscribe to this store, your email is not shared with anyone and will only be used to promote my own products directly to you.
